Cash on Delivery
Rocket operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is made directly to our delivery partner at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier delays. Rocket is not liable for any delays caused by third party delivery partners.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your case and provide a resolution at our discretion.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
